Veterans Development Corporation, Inc. manages all aspects of government construction and contracting.
This involves the day-to-day activities on the jobsite and through the project phases from start to finish. Being a GC (General Contractor), we have our own laborers “self-perform” various work on the project, however, we utilize a selection of specialty subcontractors who help complete 60% of the work. The GC serves as project manager coordinating the work of the subcontractors and serving as the liaison in communicating with the owner or architect on the project.
