Victor is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served honorably during the Korean War from 1953 to 1956. Victor brought over 60 years of construction experience to Veterans Development Corporation, and was involved in all of the company’s mechanical projects from estimating, engineering, and construction cost analysis. His mentorship and leadership was invaluable and empowered others to reach their full potential.
