Veterans Development Corporation (VDC) is honored to once again serve as a Presenting Sponsor of the 10th Annual DAV 5K Boston, taking place on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at DCR Fort Independence at Castle Island in South Boston.
The DAV 5K Boston is a signature Veterans Day weekend tradition, bringing together service members, veterans, families, and supporters for a day of remembrance, celebration, and community. The event features a 5K run, walk, or roll along one of Boston’s fastest and flattest courses, followed by the DAV’s well-known post-race gathering.
Event Schedule
- 9:15 AM – Opening Ceremony
- 9:30–9:45 AM – National Anthem & DAV Honor Guard
- 10:00 AM – 5K Race Start
- 11:00 AM – Closing Ceremonies
Although this year’s race is officially sold out, community members are encouraged to come out and support participants. Be sure to stop by the VDC tent to meet our team and connect with other veterans and supporters.
Supporting Veterans Together
The DAV 5K Boston is more than just a race—it’s a movement. Funds raised directly support the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Department of Massachusetts, helping to provide critical services, advocacy, and assistance to veterans and their families.
